Inland Fuel Notification

Dear TOTE Maritime Alaska Customers:

As of today, the West Coast diesel fuel price as published by the U.S. Dept. of Energy was $2.856 per gallon (please refer to the chart below, or to http://tonto.eia.doe.gov/oog/info/wohdp/diesel.asp ).  This price level corresponds with an inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge of 21.0% as published in tariff STB TOTE 101-A and TOCT 402-A.

Therefore, effective February 19, 2017 the inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge Item 346 shall remain at 21.0%.
