Tacoma, WA – TOTE Maritime Alaska (TOTE) has been recognized with a 2026 Quest for Quality Award for Customer Service in the Ocean Carriers category, while also finishing second overall among ocean carriers.
Presented annually by Logistics Management, the Quest for Quality Awards recognize transportation and logistics providers based directly on feedback from the customers they serve. This year’s recognition builds on TOTE’s strong performance in the 2025 awards and reflects the company’s continued focus on delivering exceptional service to Alaska.

The Quest for Quality Awards measure transportation providers across five key areas: on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service, and equipment and operations. Winners are determined through an invitation-only survey of Logistics Management readers conducted by Peerless Research Group.
