As VP of Corporate Affairs, Eduardo focuses on strategic initiatives and growth of TOTE in the Caribbean market. He joined TOTE Maritime Agency Puerto Rico in November 2010 as VP & General Manager of Caribbean Services with more than 30 years of supply chain, sales, manufacturing, management consulting and transportation industry experience, and a strong commitment to community as an active member of many nonprofits and industry organizations, including immediate past Board President of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Puerto Rico.
Prior to TOTE, Pagán led his own successful consulting firm specializing in business development and strategic planning. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the transformative Puerto Rico Water Authority Revenue Optimization Program. In addition, he made significant contributions during his extensive 21-year tenure at Unilever, assuming key responsibilities in manufacturing, distribution, and international sales.
He is past president of the PRMA, a council member of the Caribbean Shipping Association, and a member of the Puerto Rico Emergency Operations Center serving as the organization’s VP and transportation sector lead.
