| October 5, 2026 Dear TOTE Maritime Alaska Customers, TOTE Maritime Alaska has filed a General Rate Increase (GRI) of 6.25% to be effective Sunday, November 8, 2026. This rate action was filed with the United States Surface Transportation Board in Washington, D.C. The GRI filing applies to STB TOTE tariffs 101-A, 202-B, 501-A, and 601-A. This filing does not apply to STB TOTE 701-A, household goods. Other exceptions apply. A partial list of exceptions to this filing includes the following: Item 940, Terminal Charge, effective 11/8/2026 Northbound • Dry Cargo: increasing $20 to $336 per booking • Refrigerated Cargo: increasing $22 to $369 per booking • Vehicles, Roll-On/Off Cargo: increasing $5 to $89 per booking Southbound • Dry Cargo: increasing $6 to $100 per booking • Refrigerated Cargo: increasing $8 to $136 per booking • Vehicles, Roll-On/Off Cargo: increasing $3 to $43 per booking Item 760, Port Charge, effective 11/8/2026 Northbound • Ladings less than 40 feet in length: increasing $34 to $581 per booking • Ladings 40 feet but less than 48 feet in length: increasing $42 to $711 per booking • Ladings 48 feet and longer: increasing $49 to $839 per booking • Vehicles, Roll-On/Off Cargo: increasing $16 to $266 per booking Southbound • All trailer/container/flatbed lengths: increasing $21 to $358 per booking • Vehicles, Roll-On/Off Cargo: increasing $12 to $200 per booking Item 540, Hazardous Materials, effective 11/8/2026 • Hazardous Materials: increasing $25 to $275 per booking • Limited Quantity Hazardous Materials: increasing $10 to $110 per booking Items 340 and 341, Arbitraries in the Lower-48 States, effective 1/1/2027 • All origins and destinations will increase by 8% unless further exception is taken Item 342, Arbitraries in Alaska, effective 1/1/2027 • All origins and destinations will increase by 8% unless further exception is taken All of us at TOTE Maritime Alaska appreciate your continued support.
