For over three decades Logistics Management has recognized the best in the industry, scored strictly on the basis of service quality. These awards are regarded in the transportation and logistics industry as the most important measure of customer satisfaction and performance excellence.
Over 5,327 customers of logistics companies were surveyed to determine the global ocean carriers that ranked highest among their qualified peers. Companies were ranked based upon their core competencies through an intense, six-month third party analytics review. Within the area of customer service, TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico and TOTE Maritime Alaska outranked the other carriers with a score of 9.85, while the carrier average was a 8.32. TOTE Maritime is honored to be ranked the Best of the Best in Customer Service in LM’s 2017 Quest for Quality Awards.
