JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (March 5, 2026) – Raising awareness of the support available for survivors of domestic violence, TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico has unveiled a 40-foot shipping container wrapped and branded for Hubbard House, the sole-certified domestic violence center serving Duval and Baker counties.
The container showcases Hubbard House and a powerful message for survivors: Life-Saving, Life-Changing Domestic Violence Support. Hubbard House operates a 24/7 Hotline serving survivors in Duval and Baker counties, but since the container will travel Jacksonville, the Southeastern US, and Puerto Rico, it features the National Domestic Violence Hotline. This ensures any survivor who sees the container- including those outside of Northeast Florida- can access free, confidential support.
“TOTE has supported Hubbard House for many years through volunteering, sponsorships, and donations, and we are so grateful for this new opportunity. This container is an amazing way to highlight the incredible work we do at Hubbard House and the life-saving support available for survivors,” says Hubbard House CEO Dr. Gail Patin.
This initiative by TOTE focuses on the company’s commitment to the communities they serve by uplifting organizations making a meaningful difference in those communities. Choosing Hubbard House is a reflection of the passion the company and their employees have for helping survivors of domestic violence find safety.

The container will be featured at Hubbard House’s upcoming 17th annual Stand Up & Stride Domestic Violence Awareness Walk before starting to be actively used for shipping. It will be in service throughout the next year, logging thousands of miles on land and at sea. Hubbard House supports nearly 5,000 local survivors and children each year, and each mile this container travels represents an opportunity for another survivor to see help is available.
