Jim Wagstaff is Vice President of Operations at TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico and has been employed by TOTE for more than 25 years. He currently leads the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our land-based operations, equipment, and inland transportation. He has also held the positions of Vice President Support Services, AVP Terminal Operations, and Operations Supervisor.
Wagstaff joined TOTE in October 1998 as an Operations Supervisor in Jacksonville, Florida. From January 1999 to 2008, he held several leadership positions. In March 2008, he was promoted to AVP Terminal Operations with company wide responsibilities for equipment, marine, and terminal functions. In July of 2011 he was named Vice President Support Services and inland transport and risk management functions were added to his list of management duties.
He attended Florida State College and has received advanced leadership and management training from the University of North Florida, Columbia, and Harvard Business School. Jim lives in MacClenny, Florida with his wife and their 2 children.
