TOTE is announcing the official start of KFF (Keep From Freezing) service to begin with our northbound voyage 23161 departing Tacoma on Wednesday, October 11, 2023.
As a reminder, basic guidelines for requesting KFF service are:
- Request KFF service at time of booking
- Request insulated equipment at time of booking
- Declare KFF service on your bill of lading for each load
If you are a customer that has a TOTE Maritime Alaska equipment pool, our Customer Service and Inland Groups will assist you in transitioning to the correct equipment based on your KFF needs.
