We would like to announce the official start of the Keep From Freezing (KFF) season, beginning with northbound voyage 25163, departing Tacoma on Friday, October 10, 2025
As a reminder, guidelines for requesting KFF service are:
· Request KFF service at time of booking
· Request insulated equipment at time of booking
· Declare KFF service on your bill of lading foreach load
If you are a customer that has a TOTE Maritime Alaska equipment pool, our Customer Service and Inland Groups will assist you in transitioning to the correct equipment based on your KFF needs.
