· All other southbound hazardous loads for theTuesday sailing must be submitted and approved before Monday, February 20 at0900
· All southbound hazardous loads must be in theterminal before Monday, February 20 at 1000
· All other loads must be in the terminal beforeTuesday February 22nd at 1200
