As of Monday(2/07/2022), the West Coast (PADD5) Diesel Fuel Price as published by the U.S. Dept. of Energy is $4.622 per gallon (please refer the following link: (https://www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel/). This price level corresponds with an inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge of 45.00% as published in tariff STB TOTE 101-A and TOCT 402-A per Item 346.
Therefore, effective February 20, 2022 the inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge Item 346 shall be increased to 45.00%.
Please note: the ocean fuel surcharge will remain as published in TOTE Maritime Alaska tariffs under Item 345.
