As of Monday(9/06/2021), the West Coast (PADD5) Diesel Fuel Price as published by the U.S. Dept. of Energy is $4.020 per gallon (please refer the following link: (https://www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel/). Thisprice level corresponds with an inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge of 37.50%as published in tariff STB TOTE 101-A and TOCT 402-A per Item 346.
Therefore, effective September 19, 2021 the inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge Item 346 shall be increased to 37.50%.
Please note: the ocean fuel surcharge will remain as published in TOTE Maritime Alaska tariffs under Item345.
