As of Monday (10/02/2023), the West Coast (PADD5) Diesel Fuel Price as published by the U.S. Dept. of Energy is $5.694 per gallon (please refer the following link (https://www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel/). This price level corresponds with an inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge of 58.20% as published in tariff STB TOTE 101-A and
TOCT 402-A per Item 346.
Therefore, effective October 15, 2023, the inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge Item 346 shall be increased to 58.20%.
Please note: the ocean fuel surcharge will remain as published in TOTE Maritime Alaska tariffs under Item 345.
