As of Monday(8/01/2022), the West Coast (PADD5) Diesel Fuel Price as published by the U.S. Dept. of Energy is $5.803 per gallon (please refer the following link: (https://www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel/). This price level corresponds with an inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge of 59.50% as published in tariff STB TOTE 101-A and TOCT 402-A per Item 346.
Therefore, effective August 14, 2022, the inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge Item 346 shall be reduced to 59.50%.
Please note: the ocean fuel-related surcharge will remain as published in TOTE Maritime Alaska tariffs under Item345.
