As of Monday (6/05/2023), the West Coast (PADD5) Diesel Fuel Price as published by the U.S. Dept. of Energy is $4.470 per gallon(please refer the following link: (https://www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel/). Thisprice level corresponds with an inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge of 43.00% as published in tariff STB TOTE 101-A and TOCT 402-A per Item 346.
Therefore, effective June 18, 2023, the inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge Item 346 shall be reduced to 43.00%.
Please note: the ocean fuel surcharge will remain as published in TOTE Maritime Alaska tariffs under Item345.
