Dear TOTE Maritime Alaska Customers,
Due to highly unusual circumstances impacting the cost of fuel, TOTE Maritime Alaska will increase its Fuel-Related Surcharge (FSC) by 2.5%, effective April 26, 2026.
The 2.5% increase in FSC will apply to STB TOTE Tariffs 202-B, 501-A, 601-A, and 701-A, revising each from 27% to 29.5%, all effective April 26, 2026.

Effective May 17, 2026, the inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge Item 346 shall be reduced to 69.90%.
We are continuing to monitor the prices we pay for our Intermodal Fuel Charge. As a result, we will be adjusting the Intermodal Fuel Charge as follows based on date of vessel departure. These changes are represented by the PDF below entitled ‘Intermodal Fuel Charge (IFC) by
State’.
After reviewing the costs of our delivered LNG, TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico will
