It’s that time of year again. TOTE is announcing the official start of KFF (Keep From Freezing) service to begin with our northbound voyage 21161 departing Tacoma on Friday, October 1, 2021.
As a reminder, basic guidelines for requesting KFF service are:
• Request KFF service at time of booking
• Request insulated equipment at time of booking
• Declare KFF service on your bill of lading for each load
If you are a customer that has a TOTE Maritime Alaska equipment pool, our Customer Service and Inland Groups will assist you in transitioning to the correct equipment based on your KFF needs.
