- 2300 – Standard Hazardous loads must be in the yard
- 2300 – Noteworthy/Level 1 Hazardous loads must be in the yard
- Vehicle Gate – Normal Gate Hours
Thursday, February 16
- 0800-1500 – Trailer Gate Open for pickup of empties (bobtail only)
- 1500-2300 – Trailer Gate Open for SB loads, empties, and NB loads for Voyage 23027
- Vehicle Gate Closed
