- 1700 – Noteworthy/Level 1 Hazardous manifests must be received
- 2300 – Noteworthy/Level 1 Hazardous loads must be in the yard
Saturday, October 3

- Midnight Sun SB Voyage 20156 Arrival
- 1800 – Work Start
- Midnight Sun NB Voyage 20159 Departure
Sunday, October 4
- Gates Closed
Monday, October 5
- 0700 – Trailer Gate Opens
- 0800 – Vehicle Gate Opens
