Jacksonville, FL – Both TOTE Maritime Alaska and TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico received top scores amongst Ocean Carriers in this year’s Quest for Quality awards.
Logistics Management’s annual Quest for Quality awards ranks Ocean carriers on five categories – on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service, and equipment and operations. This annual award is driven by feedback from customers.

In particular, TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico secured top scores in the Value and Information technology categories while TOTE Maritime Alaska had high scores in Customer service and Equipment and Operations.
