Dear TOTE Maritime Alaska Customers: 

As a reminder the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) will be publishing the Monday diesel fuel update on Tuesday mornings and due to the holiday it was pushed out one additional day. As of Monday (9/01/2025), the West Coast (PADD5) Diesel Fuel Price as published by the U.S. Dept. of Energy is $4.484 per gallon (please refer the following link: (https://www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel/).This price level corresponds with an inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge of43.50% as published in tariff STB TOTE 101-A and TOCT 402-A per Item 346.

Therefore, effective September 14, 2025, the inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge Item 346 shall be reduced to 43.50%.  

 Please note: the ocean fuel surcharge will remain as published in TOTE Maritime Alaska applicable tariff.
