Kevin D. Kendrick

President, TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico

Kevin D. Kendrick was named President of TOTE's Puerto Rico business unit in January 2022. Prior to this position, Kendrick joined TOTE as Chief Commercial Officer in March of 2012, bringing to the organization more than 22 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. As President of TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico, Kendrick is responsible for maintaining the company's commitment to service excellence and leading the organization's operating strategies.

Kendrick began his career with the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group in 1991. He was selected for the elite Maersk Management Training Program and began his career as an outside sales representative in St. Louis after graduation. Later, he expanded Maersk’s presence in the Midwest by opening and managing the company’s Kansas City office. Kendrick continued to advance in sales management and general management for Maersk Inc. before choosing to make the move to the logistics side of the business.

Jim Wagstaff

VP Operations, tote maritime Puerto Rico

Jim Wagstaff joined TOTE in October 1998 as an Operations Supervisor in Jacksonville, Florida. From 1999 to 2008, he held several leadership positions within the Maintenance & Repair and Terminal Management departments focused on delivering safe and efficient operations for their customers. In March 2008, he was promoted to avp terminal operations with companywide responsibilities for equipment, marine, and terminal functions. In July of 2011 he advanced to vice president operations with Inland Transport and Risk Management functions added to his list of management responsibilities.

In his role as vice president of operations at TOTE Puerto Rico; in 2012 – 2015 he led the project management team preparing for the arrival of the world’s first two LNG powered vessels by TOTE Shipholding’s. His responsibilities included the terminal modernization in both Jacksonville and San Juan, designing and building innovative cargo and cargo handling equipment, aspects of the vessel design and LNG delivery systems, along with implementing a new Terminal Operating System. His leadership continued through the development of the first on water LNG barge delivery system following the execution of a portside LNG delivery process. Wagstaff attended Florida State College and has received Advanced Leadership and Management training from the University of North Florida, Columbia, and Harvard Business School.

Wagstaff is also committed to the ocean transportation industry as seen during his numerous speaking engagements with secondary and college students around the state discussing the various roles and opportunities the industry presents in the state of Florida. He is also personally committed to the Safe Harbor Academy for boys age 14-17 who are getting into trouble, they provide a maritime-based, structured educational alternative to those provided in harsher juvenile programs. Many of these graduates continue to serve in the maritime industry with their achievement of a variety of certifications in addition to their GED. Jim has called Jacksonville, Florida home for over 25 years.

Chris Willman

VP of COMMERCIAL, tote maritime Puerto Rico

Chris Willman joined TOTE in March 2005 as an inside sales account executive in Jacksonville, Florida for the Puerto Rico trade lane. In August 2006, Chris was promoted to regional sale manager of the Midwest region, where he led the company’s efforts from Chicago, IL. In 2011 he was asked to return to Jacksonville, FL as the manager of NVO/FAK accounts. His continued success led to another promotion in March of 2013 to regional sales manager. During the next 5 years he earned the opportunity to advance to vice president of Sales and adding on his leadership of the Marketing team. Since 2018, Willman continues to collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service, operations, etc.) to deliver premium customer experiences.

He holds a Transportation Logistics degree from University of North Florida.

The success of the communities in which TOTE serves as well as where his family and two sons attend school are priorities for Willman as well. He volunteers with his local sports organization’s as a coach helping to support other kids in the area learn and find their talent in different sports. His family is an active member of their broader community of NE Jacksonville, participating in area annual events such as the Gate River Run. A commitment to his school district is also a priority supporting various events and the PTO. His opportunities with the TOTE organization include his participation in various charitable events such as the TC Jay Fund, Dreams Come True, American Red Cross NE Florida, and many more. He holds a Transportation Logistics degree from University of North Florida. Willman has called St. Augustine, FL home for over 10 years.

Eduardo Pagan

VP & GM Caribbean Services, TOTE Maritime Agency PR

Eduardo Pagan joined TOTE Maritime Agency of PR in November of 2010 as the vice president and general manager of Caribbean Services. He brings more than 30 years of management consulting and transportation industry experience to the team. Prior to this, Pagan led his own consulting firm assisting organizations with Business Development and Strategic Planning. He played a pivotal role with the Puerto Rico Water Authority Revenue Optimization Program and both Private and Public Strategy. Pagan also worked at Unilever for 21 years in key roles including manufacturing, distribution, and international sales. He was deeply involved with Total Quality Management (TQM), Total Productivity Management (TPM), and Lean Manufacturing. In addition to the development and improvement of overall business practices, Pagan used these tools and skills to improve performance in areas such as operational productivity, safety, and environmental impact.

Pagan holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico and a master’s degree in Business Administration.

Giving back to his island is a longstanding commitment and aligns well with the TOTE culture. Pagan is an active member of the following organizations: COVID Pandemic Private Sector Advisory Board (Workstream Leader); International Air Cargo Trans-shipment Committee (Advisory Member); Puerto Rico Business Emergency Operation Center (Vice President); Enactus (Board Member); Boys & Girl Club of Puerto Rico (President of the Board of Directors); Puerto Rico Shipping Association (Immediate Past President); Caribbean Shipping Association (Council Member) Pagan resides in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico with his family.

Michael Nicholson

VP Strategic Planning & Yield, tote maritime Puerto Rico

Mike Nicholson joined TOTE in July of 2002 as a pricing director for the Caribbean focused on the US Virgin Islands and the Dominican Republic and now serves as the vp of strategic planning/yield for TOTE Puerto Rico. He has worked directly in the maritime transportation industry since 1984. Prior to joining TOTE Maritime, Nicholson completed the training program at US Lines in the spring of 1985. He held various pricing positions involving several International Markets: the Mideast and south Asian countries, with US Lines from 1984 to 1986; Europe, Asia and South America with Crowley from 1987 to 2000; and South America with Hamburg-Sud from 2000 to 2002, all before specializing in the Caribbean market with TOTE Puerto Rico.

He holds a BS in Management and Labor Relations from Niagara University.

Tom Wallace

VP of Service Excellence, TOTE maritime Puerto Rico

As Vice President of Service Excellence, Wallace is responsible for leading TOTE Puerto Rico’s Booking, Customer Service, Documentation, Regulatory, Hazardous, and Cargo Support departments. Wallace has been with TOTE Puerto Rico since 2005 and has held roles overseeing Project Management, Shipment Services, Customer Service, and Intermodal Operations during his tenure. Wallace's expertise lies in implementing new systems, streamlining complex work processes, and effectively aligning resources to deliver increased value to clients.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from the University of Florida. He also holds a master’s degree from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.

Wallace is involved with numerous charitable causes in Jacksonville, namely the American Red Cross, the Dreams Come True Foundation, and as a volunteer coach with local youth sports leagues.

Kristin Morrison

Controller, TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico

Kristin joined TOTE in June 2008 as a Senior Financial Analyst. Over the last 14 years she held roles as Accounting Manager for TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico and Controller for TOTE Services before becoming the Controller for TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico. Kristin has managed the General Accounting function, coordinated the monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close and played a key role in the development of the forecast and five year capital and operating planning. Kristin also brings with her strong internal control and compliance experience and has coordinated both internal and external audits supporting our operational excellence pillar. Prior to joining TOTE, Kristin held various financial positions with Melitta USA, Associated Marine Institutes and First Advantage Corporation.

Kristin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Flagler College. She resides in Jacksonville with her husband and son.

Rachel Mallory

Director of Safety, TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico

Rachel Mallory joined TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico in October of 2012 as a Customer Service Specialist. Over the last 10 years she held various roles as Booking Supervisor, Intermodal Operations Manager and Manager of Fleet, M&R before becoming Director of Safety where she leads the organization in implementation of new safety strategies.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL. she attended the University of North Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications.

Mallory supports numerous charities such as the Dreams Come True Foundation and the TC Jay Fund, as well as volunteering at the Jacksonville Public Library.
