Nolan joined TOTE Maritime in April of 2013 as the Executive Vice President and was promoted to President in January 2014. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry.
Prior to joining TOTE Maritime, Nolan served as the Senior Vice President of the International Division for Yusen Logistics Americas (formerly known as NYK Logistics). In this role, he was responsible for 20 offices including the Ocean, Customs House Brokerage, Mexico Cross Border and Supply Chain Solutions divisions.
Mike Noone brings more than 30 years of experience in shipping and logistics to TOTE where he was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in January 2022. Noone is responsible for TOTE's strategic direction for its business units. Mike joined TOTE in 2013 with TOTE Alaska as president before he transitioned his role of president to grow the Puerto Rico company in 2018. Prior to his time with TOTE, Noone served as chief operating officer and executive vice president for Yusen Logistics Americas (formerly NYK Logistics), where he was responsible for leading the strategic direction, execution, and bottom line results for the company’s six business units. Before his time at Yusen, Noone spent a total of 21 years with Maersk companies and five years with APL, part of the NOL Group.
Noone’s philanthropic endeavors include being a team leader at the 2017 SCI Mountain Challenge supporting the organizations efforts to raise funds to support its programs serving mariners. Since 2018, Noone has also instilled a sense of giving back to the communities touched by TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico operations through his leadership of the Corporate Social Responsibility program including support of The Jay Fund, The Boys & Girls Club of PR, Dreams Come True of Jacksonville, and over 50 others.
Jeff Tobin assumed the role of CFO of TOTE in September 2018, bringing over 20 years of Finance and Accounting experience.
Jeff rejoined TOTE after a brief period as CFO of Northern Aviation Services, a Saltchuk sister company. Jeff was previously Sr. Director of Finance and Corporate Controller of TOTE and has 10 years of experience with the organization. Prior to joining TOTE he held various Finance roles with PACCAR, a leading manufacturer of light, medium and heavy-duty trucks under the Kenworth, Peterbilt and DAF nameplates. Those positions included Director of Engineering Accounting and Cost Accounting Manager at Kenworth, Assistant Controller at PACCAR Leasing and Sr. Internal Auditor. Prior to PACCAR he held accounting positions with a large commercial printing and manufacturing firm.
Joe Misenti assumed the role of General Counsel and Chief Ethics Officer at TOTE, Inc. in October 2018.
Prior to joining TOTE, Joe spent 10 years in the Alaska seafood industry, employed by Trident Seafoods Corp. and Silver Bay Seafoods, L.L.C., where he held senior legal positions as an Assistant General Counsel and General Counsel with management responsibilities over risk, compliance and human resources.
Jeff joined the executive leadership team at TOTE Services May 1, 2017 and assumed the role of President on January 7, 2019.
A retired Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Jeff spent 27-years on active duty. Most recently he served in command of Sector Jacksonville where he exercised Captain of the Port authority including the three strategic ports of St Mary’s/Fernandina, Jacksonville, and Port Canaveral. During his career Jeff served over ten years at sea, including two afloat commands, and participated in the leadership of several key organizational initiatives including the development of Coast Guards around the world and the complete post 9/11 revision of the Coast Guard’s major cutter and aviation fleet program. Prior to his last assignment as Commander Sector Jacksonville, he served as the Deputy Commander of Sector New York, where he led more than 1,000 active duty personnel, civilian, and reservists.
Kevin D. Kendrick was named President of TOTE's Puerto Rico business unit in January 2022. Prior to this position, Kendrick joined TOTE as Chief Commercial Officer in March of 2012, bringing to the organization more than 22 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. As President of TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico, Kendrick is responsible for maintaining the company's commitment to service excellence and leading the organization's operating strategies.
Kendrick began his career with the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group in 1991. He was selected for the elite Maersk Management Training Program and began his career as an outside sales representative in St. Louis after graduation. Later, he expanded Maersk’s presence in the Midwest by opening and managing the company’s Kansas City office. Kendrick continued to advance in sales management and general management for Maersk Inc. before choosing to make the move to the logistics side of the business.
Alex Hofeling brings over 26 years of experience in the domestic maritime industry, including 5 years of service in the United States Coast Guard. Alex joined TOTE Maritime Alaska in 2013, serving as Regional Sales Manager, then moving to the Director of Marketing position in 2017, before taking over the Vice President and General Manager of Alaska role in 2019.
Serving as Vice President and General Manager, Alex served as the face of TOTE in the state of Alaska, working closely with the Port, labor partners, customers, and the community to ensure that TOTE continues to offer reliable, best-in-class service to the Last Frontier state. In 2021 Alex was promoted to President of TOTE Maritime Alaska, overseeing the entirety of operations.
Alyse Lisk was named Senior Vice President of Technology and Operational Excellence for TOTE in October 2018. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring operational excellence throughout the TOTE organization – including TOTE Services, TOTE Maritime Alaska and TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico – with a focus on continuous improvement by leveraging technology, people and process. Lisk joined TOTE in October 2011, where she served as Vice President of Cargo Services for seven years.
Prior to joining TOTE, Lisk was Vice President of Market Management for the Transportation Division at Yusen Logistics, formerly known as NYK Logistics. She began her career in transportation logistics at A.P. Moller-Maersk more than 20 years ago, advancing her way through various positions of increasing responsibility.
Gene Gerrard brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience, having worked extensively in human resources throughout the Pacific Northwest.
As Vice President of Human Resources at TOTE Group, Gene is responsible for the development of HR policies, practices, and programs to make sure they support our business strategy, shared values, and culture. Previously, he was the top HR leader at SeaBright Holdings, Inc. He has also served as Vice President at Drake Beam Morin, Inc., a worldwide provider of human resources services for recruitment, training, organizational development, and change management.
Gene received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Gonzaga University and has done graduate work in business administration at Eastern Washington University. He is a long-time member of the HR Executive Forum and the Society for Human Resources Management.
