Tacoma, WA – TOTE Maritime Alaska (TOTE) has been recognized as the top-performing ocean carrier in the 42nd Annual Quest for Quality Awards, presented by Logistics Management. The company posted top scores in four of the five attribute categories—Value, Information Technology, Customer Service, and Equipment & Operations—demonstrating its continued leadership in reliability and customer satisfaction.
With an overall weighted score of 53.83, TOTE Maritime Alaska outpaced many of the world’s largest carriers. Readers of Logistics Management awarded TOTE top scores in Value (13.41), Information Technology (10.27), Customer Service (11.00), and Equipment & Operations (9.58).

The Quest for Quality Awards are considered the gold standard of customer satisfaction and performance excellence in the logistics industry.
