As we near the end of the year, I want to sincerely thank you for trusting us to handle your business serving the great State of Alaska. This has been a historic year for TOTE. With your support we were able to complete the LNG commissioning of M/V North Star. I appreciate all the dedication and support from the TOTE team, our customers, and other key partners to get this project over the finish line.
TOTE has adjusted the commissioning period to ensure final regulatory approvals are received for Midnight Sun to use LNG and to provide stability to our customers through the peak summer season. We anticipate our single-sailing period to begin after Labor Day and will communicate exact dates for this two-week period when they are verified. Customers can expect their normal single-sailing allocations during this new time frame.
As we close the books on another great year serving Alaska, I want to say thank you for your partnership and dedication. Through the unforeseen challenges of weather delays, fuel costs, and the conversion, we have made it through this year with an even stronger grasp on how much we can accomplish working together.
